I’m Heather Kral, and my career has always been a balance between the design studio and the shoreline. After twenty years designing for global brands—traveling everywhere from international factory floors to remote photoshoots—I realized I wanted to build a brand that actually reflected my own values.

NIGHT DIVE SWIM is my response to a career spent witnessing the impact of overproduction. It combines my lifelong passion for the water with a mission to spread radical self-confidence through inclusive sizing. I believe that the pieces we wear to explore the ocean should celebrate our bodies while protecting the planet. That’s why we’ve traded bulk inventory for a made-to-order model: no excess, no waste—just high-performance, adventure-ready swim crafted specifically for you.
